PHASE 1: Here we align your space with your needs which includes: –Introduce you to MODEST LOFT INTERIORS –Review your space and its potential –Help clarify your style preferences and review your lifestyle-needs –Inventory of furniture and pieces to be integrated –Site measurement PHASE 2: During the design phase, our clients give us the freedom to design within their budget and translate the findings from our consultation into a full design. This process, lasting 7 to 10 business days (may be less based on size of project), culminates a full personalized design plan for your space, complete with a digital presentation, inspired by you for final approval and discuss the final phases. Your design presentation will include: –Mood Board, rendering concepts for the selected rooms.
